PamBam is a natural and Australian made skincare range. Our products are made up of plant derived, active and natural ingredients that are full of antioxidants that nourish and give your skin what it deserves. We use what your skin really needs and nothing else!
All of our products are made in Sydney, Australia. We source the best quality ingredients primarily locally and some internationally.
We are based in Sydney, Australia and our hours are 9am to 6pm AEST/AEDT.
We’ll be sure to get to your orders and enquiries ASAP. We know how hard it can be without your PamBam skincare, so we won’t make you wait anymore than you need too.
All of our products are cruelty free, there is no way anyone in our crew will be testing on bunnies, they are our friends. Most of our products are vegan and some are not. Generally – a cool dry place out of direct sunlight is the ideal storage area to prolong the lifecycle of the organic ingredients. Please see each products use and store conditions on their respective product page.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are posted out within 24hrs and will take up to 5 business days to arrive for most metro and suburban areas. Country and more isolated regions may take longer. Can I change or cancel my order? Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please see our returns policy here.
Purchase $100 or more and shipping is free.
Less than $100 will be a flat shipping rate of $8.30 AUD.
Here at PamBam we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase provided it is unused/un-opened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs and transport risk is born by the sender and we would recommend using a tracked service to ensure your returned goods arrive securley.
